Your product is protected by the ACCC and you have the right to repair,
replacement or refund if your product failed to meet our guarantees. If your Grippa
product arrives broken, or has manufacturers defects we will gladly accept a 100%
free of charge return and replace your product or provide you with a full refund.
Furthermore, if you are dissatisfied with your Grippa for any other reason, you can
return it for a full refund less shipping costs (both the costs to ship it to you if there
was one, and to return it) if you return it within 30 days of receiving it. Refer to our return policy for more info.
